Lift does not result in clearance unless you don't articulate your suspension at all. You will likely want an alignment with some additional positive caster for better clearance.
Your wheel specs will help alot being a 0 offset. I personally did 285's I'd say it comes down how much fuel economy your willing to lose.

My suspension is stock TRD Off Road with a leveling kit spacer for just the front. I believe I gained a 1.5" lift that levels out the truck.

It's use that will dictate it. The only real answer is 265/70r17 or 255/80r17 if you don't want to play with the alignment. You'll clean the other 2 at ride height but if you turn and hit a bump fairly high odds it will still hit the cab mount. Lifts do not creat clearance on these trucks

What would you suggest for alignment upgrades in order to properly ride clean with 275's or 285's? My driving is majority highway and streets with the occasional weekend dirt roads and snow when in the mountains for the winter.

almost guarantee you will rub with 285's, even with a good alignment. you will probably need to get a cab mount chop if you want 285's. Shitty thing about 275's, is there isnt a lot of companies that make this size, and the ones that are out there are usually load range E which are heavy and will ride rough on the road

I think the 275’s will be the best fit.

My truck came with a spacer lift, 285/70’s and a 17x9 with -6 offset. Didn’t have any rub anywhere.

That is until I put on some SCS wheels the same size but with a -38 offset. She rubbed pretty much everywhere but I love the look so I did the necessary trimming to clear them. Next on my list is some bilstein 6112’s to get rid of the spacer.
