Unless using the power tools, if only the hacksaw, it will require lots of elbow grease, sweats and choice words :annoyed:

When I worked for a pharmaceutical company, they would do stability testing out to 18 months after expiration. At about the 1 year past expiration mark, you would see the decrease in potency start slightly. 18 months past and they may be 90% of claimed potency. But they say to get rid of the expired stuff and buy fresh.

If you come up with a design, I got the welder, grinders, etc to make it happen. I'm just not creative

To think I'm gonna have to look at that muffler assembly again

Good enough. I asked what the end goal was. Wife said “I thought it would be neat to serve him (our son) a snack on a silver platter!”

Had an issue with the truck this afternoon. I was away from home headed to Lowe’s and stopped to talk to a friend ,got back in the truck and it cranked ,started and stalled. :eek:WTF
Tried to start it for 20 minutes ,no go ,just kept cranking. Called AAA and hung up waiting for a call back for a tow and the fucker started . Drove 5 miles to my mechanics place and he put the scan tool on it . Immobilizer did not read the key  huh
Just got a new key 2 years ago for the same reason . No codes ,scan tool just said key not read but it’s working now :notsure: guess I will carry a spare key .

Next time, pull the key out and turn it over. This makes the immobilizer come to life and scan your key.

It's happened to many times. I leave my key in the ignition over night, I get the same results as you.

I never knew it was an anti theft feature included by Toyota
