    {I was recently in Canada and remember Tofino had much steeper prices}
    Actually 1 US gallon = 3.78541178 liters therefore 3.78541178 x 1 liter ($1.20)=4.54 Canadian dollars per U.S. Gallon. Given the U.S. and Canadian exchange rate(1 U.S. dollar = .95691 CAD) 1 gallon of gasoline = 4.74 US dollars.

    $1.42/L @one US gallon (3.78L) is actually $5.36.

    Considering the canadian dollar is higher than the US right now its probably more expensive.

    Americans can quit their complaining about gas prices. Yeah its bad but not as high as other places in the world.

    I heard that salaries are lower in the US which is a reason why increases hurt so much more. Hearsay? Probably. You be the judge.

    $3.65 two days ago. Most I've ever paid was $4.10 back when oil skyrocketed a few years back.
