Just got home after picking up the order of a belt sander and 400 grit belts (to complete the assortment of grits, without hominy unless you have singers to provide that.) As soon as I left home, the Ziply technician calls, "running late but you've been added to my next call."

 

That's a wrap on this project. People from the neighborhood would often stop by and chat about the progress. Transformative was a common theme and I'd agree. My clients were more then thrilled.

Had my new counter tops templates done this morning. I'd never seen a Proliner digital device used before. The whole pen on a wire thing was fascinating

 

It's pretty amazing technology.

 

Went to my appointment to get my tire repaired. The nail (small one) was in at such a steep angle and into a thick section, it was only partially stuck in and not all the way through.

Gonna take the Turd gen on a road trip Saturday. Be the first time I've had it out on the highway for any length of time. Curious how it will do and feel.

 

The Ziply technician just left, and explained that the tech originally assigned in this area had an appointment so he wouldn't be able to do this job, and therefore they added to his list while he was on a bigger job in Post Falls. Instead of 8-12, I'm grateful he made it 4-6:30. Fast Fiber! Now I have the old Spectrum Arris modem that I was told to keep as the phone adapter after telling the Spectrum rep in the office that I'd purchased my own modem/router so they could take the $6 monthly rental off the bill. She grinned as she said, "There's a lot they don't tell you."
