    I'm wondering if while the oil drain plug and oil filter are accessible, can you actually get tools up there? Oil filters can be tricky sometimes. Does the oil drain through that hole or all over the skid plate? My guess is you'll need to rig up a Form-a-Funnel or something.

    Just add a Fumoco valve and use a short flex tube. And the access door provides plenty of room for the filter.

    Fumoto, you mean? Ford Motor Company probably won't sell you an oil drain valve... :p

    Yeah, I would definitely add the valve. Haven't changed my oil yet, but from what I've seen, the 0W-20 oil shoots out like water. No way you could do it without the valve without getting oil everywhere. And I wouldn't want to remove the 40lb skid plate every time I did an oil change.

    Considering how far up the drain hole is on the 4th gen, I'd trend toward the F133N with the RCI skidplate, but that's just my preference.
