    Good idea!

With big chunks of grilled chorizo over fried potatoes.

    Just the basics
I often use this as a base for burritos. I add chicken, cheese, and sometimes rice. Very tasty and quite easy.

Had a food heavy weekend camping trip. I failed to capture all of the meals. I'm a "eat first, think later" guy so by the time I thought about it, it was too late.
First night was 1/2lb double smash burgers, smashed and cooked in grilled onions with a corn salad on the side
    20240816_184312.jpg
    No pictures once assembled.....
The next day started with Bacon, egg, and cheese English muffin sandwiches, then was followed up with what are affectionately called danger dogs. They're bacon wrapped hotdogs with grilled onions and peppers.
    20240817_140257.jpg
Finished up with coal baked potato's with chili, cheese, onions and sour cream.
I really need.l to get better about getting pictures.

    here's something different.
It was very easy to make (came from a package), and you basically shred cabbage and mix with egg, flour and other spices to make this okonomiyaki.
There was thinly sliced pork belly at the bottom.

Just some meals from this past weekend.
These were kind of unplanned meals with what we had left in a cooler- but sometimes those meals come out the best.

what model is this little grill I like it! Lately they have been putting in fire bans so this would be handy.

Bruats simmered in PBR. You can use disposable aluminum pan for this recipe. Bruats (Costco) PBR, enough to drown the brauts. SIMMER, the longer the better (at least 1 hour). Handful of Brown Sugar, a splash of worshiesier sauce, Sliced onions and bell peppers added the last 1/2 hour. (These can be used as condiments) Remove the brauts from the pan, brown on the grill. Bun or no bun.
I've made this recipe 100's of times, I guarantee it will be a hit.
