I'll snap pics. There's a couple places for them, mainly longitudinally along the tops of the roof members, and also preloading the roof members with turnbuckles and to apply tension at the top of the sidewalls. Basically, preloading the roof members and keeping the sidewalls and endwalls from tilting out or in under the snow load.

We were back in MA this weekend for a family social event. We flew, not drove as the drive time up and back would be twice as long as the actual stay.

I mention it because Budget upgraded (probably just ran out of) our Camry to a 2024 Crown. This was the "base" model, but I can't think of any options that I'd want on it.

It took all weekend to figure out how to operate everything, and I mean everything. I'm not a sedan guy, but if I were I'd buy one optioned this like the one we had.

It had the full "old guy" package. Which was 360 degree crash avoidance sensors, adapative cruise control, Pre Collision System, Post Collision System (not kidding), power seats with two memories, automatic high beams, heated seats, heated steering wheel, a push putton gear selected, electronic brakes. It was a hybride and I think I put 6 gallons total after a four days of mostly city driving. It had a goofy sunroof.

I didn't download the app to link to the infotainment system, but if I was going to drive it long term I would.

Essentiallly is was a lower end Lexus.

Any reason I shouldn't use a zip tie, hose clamp, or duct tape as a temporary fix?

No reason at all! I used zip ties as a "temporary fix" on mine that stayed on for many years!!!

Derek Bieri would approve any of those choices, but might balk at the term "temporary."

    YeAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I was hoping for some rain before delivery to try to firm up the dense pack, but that's OK - once I get some rain or maybe in the spring I'll jack it up one side at a time and get sleepers under all the corners and shim it out.

I would use plastic wrap, then use a couple zip ties. That should seal it up just fine. Wrap it tightish(yes, that is a technical term).

Looks nice. Good condition used crate or new? Toyed with the idea of a crate/garage hybrid while I wait for a real garage build but trying to just push along the garage build instead lol.

Single tripper, as new as it usually gets in the US. I looked at trying to save a couple bucks with a cargo-worthy or WWT unit but the cost delta was not actually that much due to delivery costs in my area, and I went with a relatively local joint with a good reputation that only deals in one-trippers. It was worth it in my case to just know I was getting a good can and not have to worry about rejecting a junker or settling for a really beat one on a luck of the draw.

Yeah, he used inner tube and rubber cement from a tire repair kit and reported that it held up surprisingly well.

    Edit - bingo https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/tire-patch-on-a-cv-boot-will-it-last.839276/#post-30045674

    You piqued my interest.

That's probably cheaper than replacing my stick built shed. Just have to see if I can run power to it (to code).

This makes me wonder who would use a one trip container...
What product do you ship in a brand new container, and then sell the container...

    Some stuff
    Piece of cake.

    Pretty common.
We import MUCH more than we export. And shipping an EMPTY container BACK isn't cost effective.
There are containers that get re-used, reshaped, etc. Just nothing compared to what comes IN.

We have 2 of these at my shop. Wired to code. I know the last one was 4k delivered and took a few hours to get it wired. One is even insulated.

Why do they not use big fender washers to hold these things in place? This one completely fell off and was just rattling around on top of the cat and brake lines. I just fixed one on the 4Runner a couple months ago too.

If I think of it, I'll ask my son. He's in that industry and knows a lot about how that works.

I fixed a bunch of those on my wife's 2007 Highlander. I used large washers for a bunch of them. I finally gave up as she didn't park it in tall grass. I ended up just pulling them off.
