When I was stationed in San Diego in the 70's and even up the Coast into Alameda later into the early 80's they were saying if it was yellow let it mellow if it is brown flush it down. Guessing that wasn't quite enough. I'm sure I-5 from San Diego to LA must be pretty much solid people and traffic by now speaking of people. It was getting that way back then.

Some fish pictures from last week not sure if I posted them or not

@Cold Iron I'm going to have to give their bug remover a try. I just drove back from near Lake Ontario north of Syracuse, NY Sunday and the bugs made a mess of my truck. I've used several of The Chemical Guys products and I've been happy with it all even though their stuff is a but pricey. The Extreme Bodywash soap leaves a really nice luster on the paint of any vehicle I use it on whether from the foam cannon or just a bit poured into the wash bucket. I wish they didn't stop making the stripper scented soaps though. LOL!

Good to know and thanks, had a feeling after using that bug remover. Better living through chemistry!

I grew up in the Twin Tiers on the South end of the Finger Lakes I know of where you speak  Left for Navy boot camp from Syracuse although that was almost half a century ago

Watching my local news/ weather right now , they're saying Middle Tennessee could see upwards of 4-5 inches of rain and damaging winds from the Hurricane

Similar forecast for my area as well. The wind is not bad yet, but it will be later today. Stay safe Chuck.
