    2019 TRD OR 82k auto 1.5" lift.

I've had this noise for about 20k miles. I thought it was loud tires, wildpeaks. I just had Ko3's installed today and same noise. Mechanic says wheel bearings are good. Sound is the same in 4wd and when cornering.

What could be causing this noise?

The mechanic drove the truck at least twice and said it was tire noise, even with brand new tires. They said they inspected the wheel bearings and they look fine. I have never checked the diff oil. Never seen a leak or thought it needed to be checked.

Just because no leak not answer. Probraly rear diff making big noise, especially conering is sign. Take it to another mechanic who knows what they are doing, if you not mechanically inclined.

I checked the diff oil and it seemed full and clear. I didn't drain it. I feel it's coming from the driver's side front. It does it at all speeds from 1mph onward. I can feel it in the steering wheel and gas pedal. I think it's a wheel bearing or the needle bearing on front diff. I'm going to take it somewhere else next week.

Slide underneath and check your exhaust connections? It’s an easy variable to remove from the equation.

Are the tires rubbing on anything? It almost sounds like the knobby part of the tires slightly rubbing on a suspension part or in the wheel well. Good luck on troubleshooting. I hope you find out what is causing the problem.

I would try disconnecting the front drive line maybe. And see if the noise goes away . It can also be a front cV Axle

Sounds like a wheel bearing or bearings. I’d suggest finding someone else to diagnose this noise for you.

Driver side? Maybe get axle bushing kit from ECGS, to fix it. I don't have link.

The noise/vibration has been resolved. Took it to toyota for the 3rd brake light recall. Had them diagnose the issue. They said the passenger front wheel bearing was bad. I had them replace it out of convenience, ouch that was expensive. 60% of the noise is gone and they said the driver front needs to be done as well. Had driver front done by local shop and now the noise is 100% gone. Also had both diffs and transfer case fluid done at the same time but not related to the noise. Thank you for the help!
