Quick question unrelated to the original issues.

I just installed the uni filter mod for the SAIS, and I assume it wasn't opened up anytime recently before I got the truck as it was a real pain to get the covers off, and I broke off some of the plastic rim of the part shown in the image below. I was wondering if anyone had the part number for it? Specifically the part that the uni filter attaches to, I broke off a small piece of plastic around where those toothed clips are, and some of the little rubber gasket is exposed, would I fine to drive the truck until the part comes in? Stupidly enough I did not get a picture of the exposed rubber before I screwed it back in sadly. I assume it would be more of a risk if I drove it for long enough to let the exposed rubber go bad and allow in moisture. I usually wouldn't jump to wanting to drive it to be safe, but I will need it to get to work.

Can't see anything broken in the picture?

Yeah I was too hasty putting it on to see if it would go tight, it is not visible in the picture, but its as if you took off the second cover to access the sponge, that part where the two halves meet is where I broke the plastic, so there is a slight exposure of the little rubber gasket between the bottom and top half.

The pump is only serviced as an assembly, seal it up with some RTV if your concerned about it but it shouldn't be an issue. I would leave the top cover on it though.

Yea the pump doesn't give trouble too often, it's usually the valves that fail.

Ah I see, yeah with the cover on I assume it’s a minimal risk anything will happen or slip under and get past the gasket/seal. If I come across a replacement I’ll probably just swap it out though. Thanks again!
