    Yes it can be done.
I did a cab mount relocation but could have gotten by with an aggressive chop. Beat in the pitch weld, get a good alignment to push the wheel forward, and slap dem skinny 35's on. I do slightly rub the upper inner fender at full stuff but it hasn't been an issue enough for me to stop being lazy about it.

I have not encountered 40s for 8 months ... for about 2 nights in February here in the valley. But then I spent 30 years in midwest where snow can fall constantly for 2 days in 20 degree weather, leaving 3 ft of snow to take off the driveway.

Ask me how much I miss that ...

Wait is there water flowing in Box Canyon now?

I feel like it hasn't rained in ages. But then again Maricopa seems to be under the dome this year.

I love the snow and all that cold stuff. But if I grew up in it 30 years I may feel differently about it.

@MGMDesertTaco has spent too much time in desert sun ... he wants to leave for cooler climates.

I mean I get all 4 seasons and have to deal with 2-3 months worth of snow. I am ok with that. Not to mention the other perks of no freeways or malls. I can be in the forest less than 2 miles from my driveway. I will survive.

I can understand wanting to be away from the noise and traffic. And I may yet row tired of constant sun. But I wanted to try living in PHX for a while.

I may move in next door to you yet! :annoyed::facepalm:

I had allot of fun living down there. Just got tired of the traffic. Down side of living up here I almost hit a deer last night then promptly 1/4 later killed a skunk and now my tundra smells.

Yeah ... occasionally I want to drive from Chandler/I-10 down one exit to 347 to go to Maricopa (and from there to Quartz Pk trailhead). But the way they configure the traffic lights at the exit and at the intersection 1 mile down along 347 turns I-10 into a shitshow all the way back up to 202 on a weekday afternoon. No good way for Maricopa residents to get home at 5 PM.

    Tomato juice, they say ...

Yeah that section sucks. No thanks. And yep they do but I am not going to go scrub tomato juice under the tundra and all on the tires etc. Just going to do a few washes and let nature take its course.

I know this is not officially a pew-pew thread, but ... CA has an issue with my Glock 45 (17 rounds), but does CA has an issue with a 5-round 38 +P S&W wheel gun? And does it makes sense to buy a 642 with the night-sights already installed instead of buying without the sights and adding later? Not looking to start a debate as I like to avoid the ban-hammer, but simple "no problem" or something like that.

2nd question I can answer for you. Usually it's cheaper to just buy the night sights already on the gun. The price difference from the MFR is usually only about 50-75 bucks but most night sights are like 80 to 120+. Plus it was installed by the factory so they warranty that. Aftermarket they dunno if someone professional or Cletus with a C-clamp hammered them on.

1st question I cannot, I believe they have some kind of "approved handgun" registry that it has to be on, by name. But I do not concern myself with the Californians.

Anyone know of a good junk hauling service? Have shit like an old busted gaming chair, a nightstand that's unreasonably heavy, a shitload of crappy wire hangars (maybe scrap those?), a front bumper off a 4runner, blah blah.

I got my landscaper to haul away an old desk for $20 lol. But I'm inspired and I want to dispense with as much shit this weekend as possible.

Two free Toyo AT3's (33") for whoever helps me?

When I was moving out of my house, I put 8-year-old mattress/boxspring out by the curb for garbage pickup. Trash company said I need to wrap it in plastic that I had to buy. I put it out at about 7 PM before trash day.

Someone had free-based it by 7:30 PM. :annoyed::facepalm:
