    I use Zerex Valvoline. It specifically states for Tacoma, Lexus, Sicon. Asian blend.
    I would never use some "one size fits all" fluid!

    2014 Tacoma 040 SR5 4x4 DC SB V6 AT5 Tow Pkg Entune+ Mostly stock with a couple of non-OEM nods.M mods.
    Stock (99.999%) OEM Bed Floor Mat, Front Bed Rail Cargo Net and hooks, Auto-Dim mirror w/Compass and outside Temperature display, TRD Pro Grille, Uni-Filter air pump modification, WeatherTech floor liners f/r. (winter) OEM All-Weather floor mats (summer).
    Same thing in my 2014 manual. It's not logical and really makes no sense. "The factory OEM stuff is good for 10/100 but a bottle of Toyota Genuine off the shelf coolant is only half as good?..... even though it's not cheap by any measurement.

    I stand corrected.

    In my opinion both intervals are way too long if one intends on keeping the vehicle long term.
