You pay insurance because you are required by law to do so.

That is an older truck and one of the possible outcomes is his insurance is going to total it and give him a bullshit lowball check.

That’s why it’s important to not over insure yourself and pay attention to your policy. Just because you have insurance doesn’t mean you’re covered.

Update found a scapyard with a whole bed fenders and tailgate inlcuded too right size and right color for 900, shipping will be pricey though bceause they are out of state but its far better of a deal still than most, just the inner bed is arround 1-2K online. (And with some inspection the frame is intact and the towing hitch are undamaged but a ABS light has illuminated, and more worryingly the transmision issiue with shifting out of park persists. And no I have not driven it arround.)

The deductable and the up in premium is not worth it for me in the long run. Less accidents insurance knows about the better.:amen:

I beleive they have about 85-110k miles on them and they are not bad the lift is too extreme for my CVs on the 4x4 package and puts alot of strain on them. You need extended CVs in the front for them. The bushings and Ball joint on the RC upper control arms are going out however the shocks in the back are great no extra bouncyness and keeps ride quality smooth but still stiff. I plan to upgradte to bilstein shocks in the future.
