No nap today. Since it wasn't raining I couldn't resist the urge to put the new lightbar in this afternoon. I put a single row 30" Phillips in a few months ago and it was an utter waste of money. My LED high beams lit up the road further than it did but it was under $100 as a return on Amazon. I would never drop this kind of money on a light but I stumbled across this 30" Rigid spot/flood combo for literally half price as a return on Amazon so I couldn't help myself. Package was a little beat up but what was inside was brand new and never even mounted. Got to try it a little around the backstreets of town tonight and it's definitely impressive. Even though it needs to be adjusted up some it's damn impressive.

 

Took a nap, now I'm up.

Hoping to borrow a loaner again for more festivities this weekend (sisters wedding/reception and another reception later for someone at work).
The two receptions are a couple hours apart from one another in the same room. What are the odds?

It's kind of luck of the draw. I scored my Truxedo Lo-Pro for like $150 the same way a couple of years ago. A lot of the time the used item is still new inside the box. The hardware for this light was in its sealed bags still but I believed it is supposed to have a Duetsch connector on the light and the relay harness but they were missing. $12 on ebay got me a new set of connectors with pig tails.

That's why I only help a select few.

I helped my friend (who is always late) with her car (she hit her nieces car). I was treated to Chili's and she gave me her air fryer which she said she only used once (still in the box). Pretty good for only about 15 minutes of work.

I know some people who just get everything handed to them and go through life not giving a shit . Grown ass people because mommy and daddy still take care of them and it pisses me off . These would be my brother in law and sister in law . Fucking pitiful taking advantage of their parents . My wife even says they are terrible. We look at like this : if mommy and daddy are that dumb then so be it I’m getting mad just thinking about it .
As long as your family is healthy that’s all ya need .
