What's next?

 

Well, after doing the front pads and rotors, I felt caught up on the maintenance. But then with the posts on here, past readings and my own OCD I decided I had to do the brake fluid flush as well. I guess it could be compared to taking a shower and putting your dirty underwear back on.

 

I need a truck capable of actual work, with a side of torque, so I'm taking a pretty close look at the Santa Cruz!

I used it to jump-start my project SAAB. Seems as though it’s suffering from a combination of a dying starter and a corroded positive battery cable. The tinkering never ends, but I love these dumb Swedish cars.

Rubigrid installed

 

Installed Bilstein 5100 on the front today. Clip set at the lowest setting for stock ride height. I did the rear axle a few weeks ago. So now I have 5100s on all four corners.

Now I'm saving up for a Greenlane stump bumper. My plan is to move the clip up at that point to compensate for the extra weight.

 

Drove the peak to peak highway to do a little leaf peeping ended up at BeauJo’s for a mountain pie.
