'94 back in the day pics. Brand new 1994 Toyota 4x4 pickup with smallcab and 6' bed on its first trip to Cabo San Lucas to catch a hurricane swell. Bought that '94 because word was everything was changing in '95 with a new unkown Tacoma design, last uear of 22RE. That's me on guitar.

Dad had one of these back in the day we used camping. I acquired this one in the original box yesterday. Date on bottom of the lantern, 1973.

 

We used a newer propane one the other day when power was out

Entry: Back in the day, my dad and I would work on VW's. This is a pic from today of my dad's 1959 Single Cab pickup truck at a car show in Clarion, PA. Still love the VW's.

I remember propping my .22 against a tree, having a seat on the ground and listening for squirrels cutting hickory nuts. I haven't squirrel hunted in 20 years and I sure do miss it, maybe @buckhuntin-tacoma can talk me into going again.

Thanks StayinStock! Nearly every weekend growing up was spent with my Dad at the DePere Sportsman’s Club either practicing for a competition or disappearing into the surrounding woods to hunt squirrels. I haven’t been at a match in years, but I still practice and get out in the woods a few times a month. I wonder how many .22s I’ve shot over the years.
