    I have way more than that, but I can’t access it yet due it being in a CD account; Amanda doesn’t have four grand lying around right now, and financing something that’s eligible for antique license plates and has this many miles would be a bad idea in my opinion. Even with excellent credit (which Amanda does not have right now), the interest rate on this car would be through the roof!
