Watching Disney NG "Ship of Gold" while I read the book. Fascinating to me.

 

Didn't see anything called "ship of gold"

The Manchurian Candidate (1962). Tubi. Pretty good flick, and Frank Sinatra did a pretty good job.

Manhattan (1979). Tubi. Not as funny as Annie Hall, and Woody is virtually the same character. Not as funny either.

George Carlin: On Location at USC (1977). Fandango at Home. His first taped performance.

 

Caught up on Slow Horses. Excellent as always

Watching Ridley. Lousy brit detective show. Corny but twisty

 

Mr. McMahon, Netflix. I was never into wrestling, but it was interesting to watch.

 

Cabaret (1972). Tubi. Great performances but found the storyline on the boring side. (Generally, I’m not a fan of musicals.) Won 8 of 10 Oscars.

Mean Streets (1973). Tubi. Some excellent performances but the storyline, I found longwinded and drawn out. I was only moved by the epileptic character and didn't really care what happened to anyone else. And the ending felt rushed and abrupt.

Warm hearted, watchable.

 

What’s Up Doc (1972). Tubi. Silly not-so-funny comedy. Car chase sequence at the end, I found to be its redeeming value.

Incendies (2010). Tubi. If you put aside an incredulous detail in the story line, this is an excellent film.

 

my wife found out id never watched Grey's Anatomy... so we are watching that
