I wish, my 3 day week has been crazy busy. I won't have time. It looks like we probably have it covered. I could bring some breakfast stuff though if anyone is interested.

 

I thought it was to explore a different part of Bayfield. I don't care either way about going into Bayfield. But, I'll go if others are.

 

Hashbrowns?
I've got 1.5 doz eggs and 3lbs bacon.

 

I have a couple bags of hashbrowns I'll bring.

 

Between all that and my griddle, I think we have a plan for breakfast!

 

Pat makes a great bacon, egg, tomato and cheese bagel.

 

I have a couple dozen eggs. Planning to make egg bagels Friday morning. Can do a hash meat egg scramble Saturday morning. What night is the crew thinking of going to Bayfield? I don't have the energy because my week is sheet as well... but I am rallying. I heardtalk of brisket/roast and chilli. Are those options for the group feed and real? I can make a field chilli and it would be easy...

 

bkhlrTaco's mentioned bringing about 40 pounds of awesome roast. I have the ability to heat it. Buns could come in handy.

 

When are you coming up? Is this enough for the group? I can make it warm... Side dishes???

 

I'll be up Thursday night or early Friday. If I'm up Thursday I don't need to be included for Thurs head count.

The roasts are thawing now.
Going to toss them in the crockpot tonight.

I thought it would make a viable option for Saturday or anytime.

Is it enough? Idk. Should make about 12-15#'s

Perfect. I can get some potatoes and make some family style with onions to go with it.

 

If I make a pot o chili for Friday we are covered. If people eat great or if they go to town great too.

 

Would an extra griddle help?

You can go light if you want. Wait... its all in a trailer. So sure.

 

Oddly enough, the trailer can be quite liberating.
It's very quick to set up and take down and it carries everything nicely!

 

I don't see him until next February. By then I will have forgotten all about it.

 

I really dig your trailer setup, Tim - definitely on my list to try out in the future.
