If your headlight housings are not faded/UV damaged, do the ultimate headlight upgrade.

If they are, buy OEM replacements THEN do the ultimate headlight upgrade.

That's the best way to upgrade your headlights for usable light. Otherwise you're just chasing what you feel "looks good" to look at, not actual performance.

If they're just hazed, it's easy to buff and UV protect them. I did mine this summer, they were not so bad even after 14 yrs.

Regarding the stereo, what are you looking to do? Louder/more features/something else?

my stock unit blew out a few years ago and instead of buying another stock stereo from team Toyota for 5 million dollars I grabbed a kenwood head unit and I also changed all the speakers in the car to kenwoods or Alpines I can’t remember. So I’m looking to get a touch screen stereo with more features like Bluetooth and apple play like things. The unit I have installed right now is very retro and I hate it.

Gotcha. Any other toys like Nav, backup camera, etc?

Any brand loyalty as well? Just in case.

Do you care if it plays CDs or not?

I'll be able to give a better picture with those details..this is one I can think of that checks the boxes you mentioned.

As far as suspension what I did was,
I just planned on doing some light overlanding adventures and tow the boat and SxS. So I went with the hellwig system on the rear, front was good in my opinion. Simple bolt on inexpensive, gave me a bit of raise in the back and got rid of the awful acceleration squat. Very pleased

I have an old single DIN style, but Pioneer has been good to me through the years. I was looking at something like that for my wife's Rav4, she has the backup camera already.

As others mentioned, hard pass. Tacoma Beast is not a reputable company, and if you do a little searching you'll see why most outdoor enthusiasts avoid supporting that company like the plague. They are also just selling you cheap utter Chinese garbage at a markup hoping you are foolish enough to fall for it under their brand label. It's a complete joke. Those are Spyder assemblies which are known to be some of the worst in the industry, and will be a horrific downgrade from stock. As others mentioned, follow the OEM upgrade path for a huge increase in performance using the best optics available on the market by made in the USA OEM Toyota, with OEM supplier Osram performance bulbs, and increasing the power through USA made massive 12 awg wiring harnesses.
