My husband and I are trying to decide what color accessories to get on our super white when we get it. We are going to get the dealership to go ahead and install either a bull bar or side steps and definately a bug guard and roof rack....just wondering what to get...chrome or black? Was wanting to see some with both colors on them to compare...thanks.

Personal preference but I'm not a fan of bug guards and nothing on my truck is chrome, all stainless steel. Everything is 3+ years old and not a spot of rust on the stainless stuff. Painted steel and chromed steel will eventually rust if you live in an area where there's salt in the air and on the roads. You don't have many options with the roof racks, they'll all be black regardless if you go OEM, Yakima or Thule. You could also color match the bug guard as another option.
    With cap.

Personal preference. Lots of people here have bull bars and lots of people hate them. You'll find the same about chrome/stainless accessories, lots of people hate them. It's your truck, do you really want it set-up so everyone on a website likes it (people you'll most likely never meet) or would you rather have it the way you want it?

I am surprised no one runs bronze wheels on their white trucks. Bronze white and black mixed together is sexy as hell.

I've been trying to eliminate all of the chrome on my truck. It just doesn't hold up over time, and personally I don't want any bling bling on my Tacoma.

I've still got the chrome bumper but otherwise I don't have any chrome on the truck. All stainless steel, it'll hold up better than anything else you can find with the least amount of maintenance. I think there's a line to be crossed before you can call it bling just because it's shiney. Again, I know I'm vastly outnumbered on this site, most prefer to black everything out.
