    The butcher shop is closed Friday, so Danny is picking up the pig Thursday and icing it, we'll start cooking Friday when we get there. I'm doing a turkey as well just to get the fuck rid of it. I live alone, when am I going to make a turkey? .. anyway.

    Does anyone else need smoker access on Saturday?

    We fiddlefuck with the temps through the run, we'll probably do 300 for the first couple of hours on the pig to move things out of the danger zone and drop to like 200 for the rest of the cook.

    Anyone got one of these I could use? I can keep the mixings in my fridge until Saturday night, don't need it the whole time. Only need the smaller 2 gal size I would think, but if ya got the big one, okay too.

    I'm bringing my pop up, it has a little fridge that runs on 12v, 120v and propane if anyone needs to keep things cool, haven't actually used the fridge in awhile so I'll be checking it this weekend to make sure it's working
