Need advice on purchase

Hello folks.
I a new to this Tacoma community and have my eyes on a 2008 TRD OR DC with 235k miles. 2 owners and first owner took fantastic care of the vehicle. I have attached the carfax to this post which shows the vehicle was serviced every 5k miles at Toyota. Seller wanted 10k but we agreed on 8500. Is this an ok price for this truck with these many miles? Truck spent all of its life in Washington and Oregon. Inspected the frame for rust and no rust noted.

Thanks for your reply! I know it all varies from truck to truck, but on average how long can a well kept and maintained 2nd gen taco last in regards to miles?

 

300K is likely, 350K is reasonable to expect, 400+ is quite possible

If it was mine I'd consider reducing the oil-change interval to 3.5-4K miles OR every 6 to 8 months, whichever comes earlier. Also, drain & replace the engine coolant every ~50-60K miles or 3 years, whichever comes sooner.
