I am waiting to find out what their figure included as far as medical. They asked me last week if I was able to get medical through my wife's job (which I can for an additional cost) so that they could come up with a good offer. In their offer they don't say if the medical is included or not.

Thanks. I'm thinking that's the way to go. Where I work now there's not even a parking spot for me. I have to park in the street - sometimes a few blocks away. The other thing is that here there's no room for advancement cause it's me, the owner and the secretary. Only way I can move up is if he retires and sells it to me (instead of his kids) which I doubt will happen.

And how about advancement with the new company?

I'd take the plunge, especially if you can get benefits through your wifes job. Gonna need it if you have a little taco rider or two. Twenty mile commute isn't that bad. Change can be good. Congrats!!

There's definitely room for advancement (there's over 50 employees) and as a project administrator I'd be in the middle of the food chain.

I'd be down for a mod meet too. Hopefully I'll have my sliders in time to do the install. if not a good wash/wax would be smart

any guys with experience doing headlight retrofits in NJ? I am itching to jump on the group buy right now but the install worries me a bit. We should all buy one and have a retrofit meet.

Would other people be interested? I think the group buy ends friday or sat. I would buy it if we could set up an install day.
