Dobinson IMS shocks and coils, SPC upper control arms. Archive garage rear shock relocation kit with king 2.5x12 smoothies with adjusters and archive medium duty leaf pack.
Need to do this under the door jam area. Paint chipped off a little and is starting to rust slightly. Weird because my try has only about .5% of only surface rust

Fold away cup holders in bed, and take gate gap seal. Thing…

Didn’t feel like drilling holes in the bed so VHB tape it is. Which it as black stainless steel but oh well.

But that VHB primer pen is quite a game changer. Makes anything adhesive even better, I might buy a few.

What tent are you running? I've been considering upgrading to a hardshell one since I don't remove it in the winter

no tips, but the videos i've seen make it look like a PITA for people with big hands. other than that it looks like plug and play. may as well replace all pullies and belts while at it, they're cheap enough and you could keep the used ones as spare if you think they're decent enough

Snagged some TRD beadlocks off FB. I think I like them a lot more on other peoples trucks. Might powdercoat the ring and center cap black or might put the stock wheels back on… or maybe they’ll grow on me as is. Either way got to see a beautiful sunrise this past weekend ;)IMG_8562.jpg IMG_8524.jpg IMG_7959.jpg

How do you like it. Doesn't seem to be a ton of options for one's that fit the footprint of our beds.

Man, the toyota steering wheel is one of my favorites. I personally love the feel of my steering wheel.

I’ve been very happy with it. I recall I got it when they were doing one of their frequent sales so it was a bit cheaper than usual. And yes, same issue. Lots of RTTs are either made to fit a 5ft bed truck, or fit the entire length of an SUV roof, and not much in between.

The Armadillo x3 essentially uses the entire long bed length-wise. Roughly 2-3” gap on either side of the bed opening width wise.

Comes with a standard 2” foam mattress. I think I’ve found a cheap upgrade for it for extra comfort I need to try out. It’s between queen and king width on the inside so plenty of room. The raised hinge design I like on the hard shells since it gives more headroom when laying down. Easy setup and takedown like most any hard shell. Quality seems good to my eye. Couldn’t find a single loose thread on the stitching.

I almost gave up and took it off but I took a breath and started to tighten it up. I think I’m glad I did. If I close my eyes and pretend I’m driving a classic Ferrari it feels really, really good. The steering wheel “feels” thinner and soft af. Not bad for $1.IMG_2063.jpg

It’s only got 58,000 miles on it, I’d imagine the pulleys should still be good. However, I figured the alternator would still be good for a few more miles also, so I could be wrong!
