Question for the peanut gallery...

I have some video gaming friends I've known for a while who suddenly have a wild hair to go camping out here. Problem is they're pretty much universally ill equipped for any serious wheeling or actually camping, for that matter.

With that said, any recommendations for easy to reach semi-glampy type camping? No need for communal running water access or shitters, but might be a plus. Would be around January timeframe or else I'd gather their asses up to the easier spots on the Mogollon because it's so damn pretty.

 

Stick to a campground maybe even Picacho Peak because you are going to need to go south for camping in January.

 

KOA...and don't forget to bring some pineapples

Girlfriend and I did Lost Dutchman Campground for Christmas eve last year just for shits and giggles. It would check your boxes I believe.

there is a ranch on the salt river near saguaro that has cabins and offers kayaking and horse back riding

I went with wife and her family and it was nice for all ages

Need some help and at a loss. I got P0101, which points to the MAF sensor, which I've cleaned about a week ago. All was good until Friday, when I was almost to Flagstaff when I got the P0101 again. I'm back in Phx, and no issues anymore. Also, I've not cleaned the MAF since last week.

Is this anything to do with pressure changes aka elevation, which could be a gas cap issue or something else. Anyone have some ideas? TIA!

Not sure if you guys might be interested but my friend opened up a jiu jitsu gym in South Scottsdale called purebred jiu jitsu off of Thomas and Hayden and they have a free open house this Saturday from 9-2 if anyone wants to check it out! Free classes, good food, and no commitment they are just showing everyone what they are about. If you've ever wanted to try BJJ or any striking please consider swinging through!

 

The worst part about the whole FB vs CL debate is that after siding on the CL side I wound up having way more success on FB selling a bunch of crap after my move.

That being said I still hate the FB people.

 

I would do the easy/free stuff first and start by cleaning my MAF and air filter

 

I hate selling stuff in general, and I feel the need to reiterate that I hate FB, but.. yeah anyways. Not trying to get that started again.

I was just poking fun at the situation and laughing about it was all.
