Dealership told me Toyota only sells black factory replacement floormats...is that tr

The floor mats in mt double cab were missing when it was traded in. The interior is tan and the dealership said the would order me a new set. When I picked them up they were black with tan toyota letering. I asked why they didnt get me tan and they said this is all Toyota sells now, no more tan!!!! Anyone know if this is true?

 

Are they rubber? The Toyota rubber mats only come in black. If they are fabric then they should be able to get you tan ones.

If you cant they don't want to give you tan ones you can always come here and find some for cheap!!

 

They may not make them new anymore but Toyota should be able to get them for your truck. They probably just had that set sitting out back... That's ridiculous, just a lazy parts guy.

I agree but they should have offered the choice since the truck didn't come with tan mats. I actually haven't seen my tan ones since I bought the truck. They've been covered with Husky liners...

 

I put the weather techs in my trade the first day.

 

Just called the guy said Yea we can get them...Then I tolf him the story and he said hang on it gives me 4 part #s and the only color i can get is black?!?! either thats weird or he is covering! Oh well

 

Call a different dealership and have them check. Do not give them the story just ask for the parts number. Then go after your older dealership. Also due to quake they may be a long backorder item.
