I want to run 20 inch rims wide. I want them to stick out pass the fender a good bit and possibly run 33’s. Can I achieve this with this lift 3.5 from rough country. Like a 20x12 -18 and a 33 tire. I want lots of poke.

short answer before you get bashed by the wheel choice. and lift choice. is no. will still have to do fender trimming and cab mount chop to run that setup

What’s a good tire size to run with a aggressive wheel setup!

Not 20” wheels that stick out past the fenders, have tires too small to off-road and chuck rocks at everyone else on the road. Get a set of 17” wheels so your 33” tires have enough sidewall to still be useful. A lift won’t help fit larger tires either. A proper alignment, proper wheel offset and some plastic trimming is all that’s needed to fit 33” tires.

tire size itself isnt the biggest problem. its them 12 wides with -18 offset. even a smaller 32x12.5 is gona be getting into the cab mount. that is main limiting factor on these trucks. start looking up body mount chops and relocates if your dead set on a super agressive fitment. heres 35x12.5s with -53 offset on my personal truck for reference
