Yeah if that wasn't in Kentucky it would be awesome, love the design. But being in Kentucky is beyond a deal break, if you're used to Washington that makes that a 350k house unfortunately.
I really am jealous of that interior design though, outside I could take or leave. I am working on a plan to expose all the wood in my house, have a lot of paint to strip actually.

You can buy some nice ass houses in Japan right now for very cheap. They're having severe population issues.

Sometimes I don't disagree with the micro living philosophy. I spent some time in Nicaragua and while I was there i though I could have easily fit 8 of their average shack/ homes in my back yard. It was profound enough that I sold my house fully furnished in exchange for an 18ft camper. I lived in that for just shy of 3 years before finally buying this house mostly for the garage space

Visa's and maintenance can be a pain, half the homes built post war deteriorate and need to be torn down and replaced as they actually decrease in value... partly due to the decreasing population.

I also wish it were easier to buy the space you need here in the US.

I bought my place for the garage, but I still have too much house and not enough garage!

    Chocolate

    Bacon

Those two on most anything deep fried is delicious AF

We were at the County Fair and having eaten deep fried oreos and twinkies last year, thought I'd try cookie dough and wow

Drizzled with hot chocolate syrup, powdered sugar, and sprinkles on top

Need to go get an insulin shot

There's a lot of flavors of engineers.
Albuquerque. Wasnt on my radar until I got extended a job offer. So far it's been a great change, love the weather, the food, the people are friendly, and a ton of land to explore when I'm not working.
