    Every single Monday they are here cutting the grass (I live in an apartment complex) at 7:15 in the morning. You can hear them unloading the trucks.

    Our town's noise ordinance starts at 8am on weekdays IIRC. I've already driven an hour and at work by 6am so a piece of noisy lawn equipment at 7 something might be nice. LOL!
