Recently did a valve job on my 07 2.7 Tacoma because of a burnt exhaust valve #3 cylinder. But everything back together and double checked all the connections. Went to start it and it sounds like it wants to start but all is does is crank and no start! Desperately need help!

    Yeah.
    Is it getting spark?

    Is it getting fuel?

    Is it getting air?

Going to try change camshaft and crankshaft position sensors. And double check all electrical connectors make sure they are hooked up correctly. I'm pretty much frustrated at this point

Google check for spark and try that first.

When you pull a plug to do that, confirm it's wet with fuel.

And you had the head off right? So if timing is assembled incorrectly during reassembly.......

Fuel, spark, timing are what makes an engine run.

Ok will do that. As for timing double and triple checked that both balance shaft and timing side. Hopefully it something over looked

I know you said you smell fuel, but make sure the two fuel lines with the orange connectors on the right side of the picture are not reversed by accident.

It's likely the issue, I had a wire pull out on my connector during my last head job. Check the connector carefully and check the sensor.

Does the tach move when cranking?
If you have no tach, you should be able to see it on live data of the scan tool.

Either way, make sure the sensor is plugged in.

That would indicate the lack of a crank signal.
Unless the engine is turning over really slow, you should see the tach move.
