Shouldn't make much of a difference if I'm just using it as a place to collect photos/videos to then download and edit on my computer?

If you are downloading all of the pictures it doesnt really for you, but finding pictures in drive is horrible. I see no advantages to drive over photos...

Do what you want, Im not gunna be there anyways

I was being sarcastic, I just hadn't used google photos that way when I used drive, photos was way better for a shared album

For Ross's needs, sounds like it doesn't much matter. Both should work the same. But a photos dump would be good then everyone can just dump everything in there and we'd have that, and whatever Ross does too.

Yup I'm just using it as a place to collect everyone's photos/videos to then download and work on my local drive

I think I’m planning to be there tomorrow between 6&7, so I can set up while it’s light out.

If anybody doesn’t already have a good gps/trail map app. I think onX offers a 1 week trial. It’s a good idea to download the app now and save the maps of the aoaa on your phone before heading up there. This way you can still use the maps without service. I know my service isn’t great in coal.

Can someone grab like 6 black or dark sharpies. The more water proof the better. Completely forgot to grab those.

    All:
Anyone who needs firewood. Please feel free to grab the pile at 141.

I came, unloaded my wood (heheheh) saw Murph, and then got an emergency call that I had to take care of.

I’m back on the road and won’t make it back this weekend. Anyone need a campsite, 141 is paid for until Sunday (checkout).

    have fun everyone.

I’ve got 2 chalk bags, light use, I can add to the raffle. They were about $35 each. I upgraded my front cupholders to the larger ones and don’t need them any more.
