are you doing a stand alone harness for it? this is the diagram I used to make a harness and just ordered a generic switch on Amazon. this may or may not help.

 

I had a dude on insta gram build me a harness, might be the problem

 

I may have enough extra stuff to make another one if you cant get it working.

 

I think the actuator might be junk

I lubricated the o rings on my torch connections with sil glyde

Mind you, they already felt lubed up as they had a slight residue, but someone on old thread on Plasmaspyder was pulling his hair out and someone mentioned something about the o rings

My 8.5 degree beveling was brought down to just over 3 degrees



And all around its about 2 degrees







I wonder if replacing them will help, and that this was the cause all along?
