This right here. Also helps to ask about having a policy rewritten once in a blue moon. I pay $170 for full coverage on two Tacomas.

I constantly tell customers I handle claims for that they need to do policy reviews, checks, coverage reviews, etc to make sure they are maximizing the insurance to their benefit. Also, don't ever do something to "save us money." You will end up screwing yourself in the end. We have customers who pay for repairs out of pocket before we inspect and they end up losing $$.

just a couple of things tbh
overall for a long time i just left it alone plus i usually just use a broker that ive had for years and he normally finds me good deals or tells me that progressive is the best atm. but atm i dont think he is telling me the truth so i think its time to actually do it my self lol.

speaking of progressive im now pissed off at them since they decided to just close my claim and sent cash in the mail even thou we had an agreed apon date to have the truck estimated in person since the number they gave out was way off and i couldnt fix the truck fully with that amount....
thats pretty good tbh ill have to look around because idk why im paying so much for a 90s civic on liability and a f150... i get the f150 is larger and has more power but it just seems to be a lot for two things...

People don't realize how much information and data we have and can get on customers. I can find out the full history of vehicles, owners, claims, where they have been (photos from police, repo people, traffic cameras), etc.

From what I understand one of the rear tires went off the road into the ditch, he managed to get it out but I guess he was almost to a stop sign and had no time to stop so blew across the street into a ditch and rolled it. The kid driving is kinda......stupid. from what the other guys say he has a 10 second delay in reacting and also that he looks at the side mirrors for way too long instead of glancing at them while driving. And the road he was on is pretty narrow, the lanes are maybe a smidge wider than the dump trucks. Also the kid is an inexperienced driver in general. He hasn't even had his license for a year and he just got his CDL like 2 weeks ago I think

Oh and they had 2 or 3 tons of asphalt in the bed. Asphalt went flying into someone's driveway and laid out perfectly flat. Like they could've rolled it and it would've looked fine
