Amazing. I honestly didn’t think they had nearly enough flight data to be precise enough for this considering it took 5 years to zero in F9. Faster, yes, but not this fast. They just keep working the problems. I have to think that rapid iteration might be the only way to solve heat shield material issues faced by all vehicles since we can’t seem to duplicate reentry conditions in a lab.

 

I feel like F9 landings was what helped them get so accurate with the catch of B12.

 

Agreed, however, there are many aspects that would need serious calculation, such as that instead of the bottom of the rocket needing to be horizontally motionless at touchdown, it’s the top of the rocket.

Wonder what the plan is. Relight on orbit is a must, maybe test payload deploy?
