Hey Jeff I hope you get power soon brother! Did you have any flooding or damage?

My generator is dual fuel so this hurricane season I bought 2x20# & 2x30# propane tanks and had them filled. Propane worked great and it lasts for years.

Morning BSers. After two week healing process, finished mowing fields at the cabin. Little behind this year but set up cams yesterday and checked ladders. Maybe setup ground blinds this week after work. Dad and my Son show me a big oak that went down wedging in shag bark hickory's,another part falling in the creek creating a dam. Wonder what noise she made coming down? Thought my work was done? Only work I had planned is in the skinning shed! Happy Sunday all.

Well brother we have timber down everywhere from Helene. It’s changed the woods here for my lifetime. Some beautiful hardwoods reduced to pick up sticks. 3 to 1 red oaks to everything else. We got whacked and it was half the state. Hunting is interesting now just seeing if you can navigate to a spot and if it’s still open enough to hunt. Had no time to check things due to working 7 days after the storm getting power on before getting a chance to clean my own mess up at home. So the few hunts this weekend were much enjoyed. It’s gonna be busy after deer season and firewood won’t bring much$ around here.

Yeah I complain a lot sometimes but thank the Big Man every time I go to the cabin that we are blessed with the land. It just seems the work is never done which sounds like you can relate...

We lost power for 6 days. Some just got power back this weekend. Lost most everything in freezer. Had to haul water back from work every night to bathe and for toilets. Had caught 5 gallons ahead of storm thinking it would be enough. Wrong. Wife says we are getting a generac and damn the cost. Ok by me.

The property I hunt on in GA was hit really hard by Helene. They have been without power for 16 days and heard they may get service on the 18th, two days prior to me going there to bowhunt. They have hundreds of trees down and at least 2 of my ladderstands are crushed. It may be a week of chainsaw'n for me and him just to clear roads around the property!!

They are sending me another camera to replace the one they sent last week :facepalm:can’t get new one to sync with Spypoint servers . I had 4 chats and 2 phone calls to support which is in Asia somewhere  nothing . I posted a comment on their Facebook page and the administrator is the one who helped me . If this new doesn’t work I’m done with them .

I have had 2 Spypoint for a year on October 8 . Around the 5th of this month I upgraded one camera subscription to premium and it immediately stopped working. The other camera has been premium all along .My signal strength goes anywhere from 25% to 60% and they work fine . Sends pictures just fine . There is a QR code behind the battery box you scan to activate the camera or manually enter a code and neither would work o_O
If you have Facebook look up Spypoint , all I see is mostly complaints.

I have 2 spypoints and haven’t really had any problems. I see a lot of people complain about them, though.
