Sounds like you just need an abrasive and fresh primer+paint?

    4 run, 2 don't
Angle grinder, with a crimped wire wheel on it and knock off the worst parts

Then coat it with whatever; I hear good things about that Eastwood roll on stuff

I've used Krylon rust converter/primer but we don't have rust issues here so can't say how well it'll do where you're at. Could work well as a base coat then top off with something else.

I like the carrier it really does make it a lot easier. Olivia loves sitting on my shoulders. She has no fear of heights.

    Carrier ftw.

We've been taking him hiking since he was a month old.

Then when he outgrew the front we moved to an Osprey frame carrier.

At 4 now though we are doing it all on foot. Hikes had to be reduced to 4 miles or less which sucks but I know that will improve as he gets older.

Been feeling extra proud of the dude lately.

4 miles for a 4 year old is pretty impressive. I'm sure he's picking up rocks and sticks and doing just about anything but walking the trail.

Seems like it would have been easier to use that arched steel bridge that some time-traveler left in the background.

I wonder what they did with the locomotive after they got it to the other side where there were no tracks?

I spend the evening taking close to 1,000 photos at my buddy's wedding tonight, just before the ceremony started I realized they didn't have any photographers and I happened to have my good camera in the truck so I started clicking away like a mad man. As the evening was coming to an end I walked up to my buddy with a big grin and told him "I got some pretty good shots" then proceeded to show him a preview on the camera screen.

    The image I showed him

His response was to tell me to "shut the fuck up" as he laughed and realized he was still standing next to their pastor lol

The fact the cables aren't on the wheels is telling haha also, as if looping the cable around a concrete block, and apparently a man nearby would be strong enough. Physics gonna physics, that photo is a no go.

Thank you sir. Yeah seems like not a lot goes wrong with them, especially 05+. We ended up not going to look at it that day but he's still into one so we'll see.
They're one of the few older, solid choices that prices haven't gone up on like crazy. I like them on paper more than in person, I think that's just me and sedans overall though.

Thought I was going to make the holders in the police center console out of aluminum but decided I can customize them to better hold things (like switches and radios) if I just make them in SolidWorks and print them

I tried messaging but would you want my truck if it makes it to Idaho? I don't have any use for it anymore. Not getting much interest around here.

I don't have much use for another one really, I'll see if anyone I know locally is in the market though. I'm pretty sure in a little college town like Moscow you'll be able to find a buyer come winter, the students don't always come prepared for the weather.

This last set of Coopers Evo MTs are producing more vibes that the old set. The F5s have been perfect through 2 different 100 series. I do have a Method 305NV that is not perfectly round. I keep that one on the right rear of the Taco. I need to get another rim to hopefully smooth it out. Man I don't want to buy another set of Mud Tires when these have so much tread left. Discount Tire has been great about road force balancing them whenever I ask. It's just getting some spare time to deal with it.
