So I did the measurements like you suggested and driver's side is 22" and passenger's 22.5" or something like that. Does that mean they're ok? Even with negative arch? Thanks!

Yes. That means you're at stock height still

Any idea what this measurement is for 3rd Gen? My understanding is that they are 1" higher than 2nd Gens in the rear but I don't know how the wheel well/arch compares.

The 3rd Gen sit at the same height in the rear as the 2nd Gen. The front coils are about an inch higher on the 3rd Gen.

I'm a fan of them. this is a pic I too a couple days ago, loaded up for camping, HD General leafs and some sumo springs. It's pretty loaded down in the pic, two 5gal containers (H20 & fuel) all the camping stuff (stove, cot, diesel heater tent and all the other camping junk) and a 270# moto with a full tank of fuel hanging way off the back. The HD leafs lifted the back 2" at first and it's settled to a little less. I put some OME 884s on the front to even it out and to get rid of the rake. Best mod I've done to the truck. Prior to the spring change loading the moto on the back had the headlights pointing at the sky.

This is it the same springs with about 150# in the bed.

Have you thought about removing the shell and rack? That could be causing some of your squat I believe.
