Yeah that's been my conclusion. Just annoying when something that would work well has those achilles heels. Going to keep being patient on the B engine, or fly and buy. Or go sedan.

It's been really good easily one of my favorite cars I've ever had. Very reliable daily and very comfortable

Not insulting you for running them and I'm glad they're working. But it's actually insane that the quality control on name brand tires has slipped this far.

B58 can take a lot of power.

    They sound nice too.
I saw a 4 door B58 340i build on YT, guy was making 800hp. That's just ridiculous haha.
It's too bad we didn't get the 340i wagon. An X3 m40i would be kinda cool, but still pricey.

Adjusting the pot on a Sega Saturn laser is a lot like putting a bigger turbo on a Subie

Sure you can get a little more power, but reliability is out the fucking window

@Wulf is this a thing on Xbox consoles you mod?

it was a thing for some of the original xbox drives when they're on their last leg, like you say it's kind of a holdover that kills it even faster lol

Isn't that the "Precision" that's actually an XPS 15 chassis?

Big touchpads are nice for multifinger gestures. Also good for accidentally bumping with your palm. Life is compromises.

Didn't work unfortunately, which is fine with the ODE on the way

The rear plug-in type is over $260 :annoyed:

The one I got works the same but just requires replacing the laser assembly (at less than half the cost of the above option)
