Stupidity is not a crime but there are time when it is severely punished.

 

It's never needed to be a crime in the past. It kinda just balanced it's self out, but then we started putting warning stickers on everything. Now we even have warnings on Subway sandwich wrappers saying not to eat them. We just need to remove all those stickers and let things balance themselves back out.

Sometimes restaurants try to be fun, like Chipotle putting quotes on their cups. But the level with which this is a thing is insane. My neighbor is an electrician. While on a job site one day, he got audited by a state inspector. The stickers on the ladders that only he uses were damaged and unreadable. He had to go buy new stickers and apply them to his ladder before he was allowed to resume working, not to mention the fine.

 

That's just a government bureaucrat trying to justify his job.
