Randy, that is tough to have to see Tony go through the pain. Is sucks to lose them, but its nice we can give them the best life possibly up until the end. We had to put the lab I grew up with to sleep last summer, and it was rough. I remember begging my parents to let us have one, and we got her in Portsmouth for $20 on craigslist

My garage is no where as well kept as Randy's but had to get the motorcycle and bicycles queued up on the trailer for the trip to NC. My bicycle rack uses the hitch too, which is occupied by the trailer hitch itself, so I u-bolted it though the plywood deck onto the trailer frame. Had to do some spacing with 2x4s for the bicycle rack folding mech, but its solid on there now. Weight is slightly offset with the motorcycle slightly left of center, so I'm going put the tool tote on the right side to try and balance. hard to see, but there's a good space on the right side mirrored of the motorcycle.

Sorry to hear that Ryan, it sucks. My wife made a point that pretty much all pet owners have to go through this at one point or another, and it’s an amazing pain we share as a society so we can love and enjoy our pets. 100% worth it for the unconditional love and memories we make with them.

Had to unlike this post. Sad to hear. It's always hard when you lose a life-long friend.

Once you make that first cut, screw up, then think about how to approach the next, it gets easier. It's just taking that first step!

I'm so sorry for your lose, Randy! That is terrible! Sometimes the best way we can love them is knowing when it is time to let them go and end their suffering. I absolutely think you and Mrs. EatSleepTaco's made the right choice for Tony...though that doesn't make it any easier!

Thanks, I do take comfort in the fact that he made the decision as easy as could be for us.

Our irrigation valve has been leaking since we got our house inspected two months ago, but at the time we thought it might be rain water. We closed a month ago and confirmed it was a leak and I finally did something about it today. Just needed a new valve and a few fittings for about $20.

Finally did the rear pads and drums on Norris first thing Saturday morning. My kiddo caught a couple of candid shots while I was working lol

    ***Squeamish warning...look away!**

Then went to my parents to help my bro in law split and stack firewood from a huge walnut tree my parents had taken down due to rot. Long story short I smashed my finger really bad and nearly degloved the tip of my birdie finger! Also crushed the very tip of the bone! A trip to urgent care got me all patched up and went back and finished the job!

This is what it looked like tonight when I changed the bandage. First time I have seen it since leaving the dr on Saturday.
