The hill climb is getting rutted out a BIT, making it more fun, but it's still pretty easy. I have skids and sliders on 31s and just walked up it. I think everyone else had (a) not done it before or (b) wanted more fun lines, I just trucked on up  I did it on my stock 30s before.

But there's stuff going uphill by the water crossing, there's a fun spot leaving the second sand pit that I haven't been to in a while, there's a couple trails criss crossing that have some fun lines, one that I don't think we found this year but didn't spend too much time looking. Oh and one through a rock garden that is, I think, maybe one degree below 39 but without the tree to worry about so you aren't forced to the right. That one we could not find, and tried to look for it this year. The entrance is wild, you basically drive through a pine tree and then drop into it.

Any one got the part number for the Lexus diff plug? And is it just the front, or does it make sense to do both front and rear on the 4Runner?

I did not search, recently, I think I found a few different options last time I was looking, so I didn’t order.

North East Association of 4WD Clubs properties. Field and Forest in Keene, NH being one, most are privately owned though and only allowed entry if a member in a club in the NEA

It’s only the front diff plugs that they use hex. All the others are normal.

Still just a maybe. I’d like to go but… life.

Separate note. jacked up the parts truck to check the gearing. Can shift into 4H but just blinks at me for 4lo. When I count the driveshaft rotation it’s like 2… so stuck in 2lo ???
I have not looked or messed with anything for the add or transfer case. Weird either way.

    4lo should be a reduction of 2.23:1 i believe

Not sure if the math math's but 2.23×2 is 4.46 which is almost 4.56
