I want hammers. I'll get there.

Why hammers over the shackle flip?
Reading pros and cons of each they seem to be relatively the same, performance wise.

Hammers are for over axle springs only, higher priced and more lift.
    Was my takeaway

I've done both. Well, I have the BAMF kit. But I recommend inverted shackles (Archive or BAMF kit) for daily use and shackle flip if your rig is dedicated for hood rat shit.

You have one and want the other. Don't bring price into the discussion... Hammer hangers don't require welding. They are BOMB, and I know because I try and kill them every time I go to Tigerton. When I order springs Alcan knows what it means that I have these...

Yeah, it needs extensive testing at Tigerton

That's how everything on that truck works, including driving.
He did say that once the Tesla robots are available, they will use one of those as a chauffeur.

But the truly crazy part of it all was his boss installed a tesla electric drivetrain into a Delorean! (it's been electronically speed limited to 87 mph though)

Ha! Those things have trouble at car washes. Hasn't been out a year and has had 5 recalls. I don't think it's ready for Tigerton.

@Pixeltim Careful with the edges. Accidentally walking into a corner of that car, or carelessly swinging an arm into a corner will hurt. I was not impressed with the complete lack of finishing on the edges of those exposed stainless sheet panels. To me it gave the impression that it was made by a shop that only owned a brake and a plasma cutter, and didn’t know what a flap wheel was.

Do you have a reliable, reputable gunsmith that can determine the non-firing issue for you? Would be a hoot to have it operable again
