    Ugh! There is something definitely going around. I've been dealing with it for 9 days now. Drink lots of fluid and get some supplementation in as well.

    I was recommended Oregano Oil with black seed oil. I've been taking two a day with food. I think it's making the cold a bit more manageable.

    I've taken 6 oregano oil pills today. It does help. Also drinking some lemon and honey tea with real lemon and real honey.

    Sore throat and blocked up sinuses.
