Good morning everybody :hattip: Have a great Tuesday!

Yesterday was a good adventure day. We ended up out at Fort Pickens on the beach because it was just such a pretty day. Oddly enough, due to the holiday, no rangers on duty so we didn’t see anyone we knew. Mike and I set up my ham radio and made a few contacts on the 10 meter band but the solar conditions weren’t the best and signals kept fading. We did hear an operator from Australia calling but couldn’t get back to him. Another operator in Phoenix, AZ heard him and was able to make the contact.

Tonight is testing for my general license, Mike is testing for his technician license.

Good morning everyone, have a great Wednesday!

Mike and I both passed our license test last night.

I’ve hit the ground running this morning, had to fish a drown opossum out of my pool bright and early o_O :puke: Took care of some house chores and babysitting the girls today.

Hope you all have a fantastic day!
