I do also, but friends following have noted the drizzle. Haha!

In the end, washer splashes are just a fact of life.

It was perfect conditions..straight road, still air, sunny SoCal skies. This happened probably over a decade ago and I've never been able to get a chain reaction like that to kick off again. It may never happen again. Maybe I dozed off in traffic and just dreamed it..either way I was positively ROLLING.

Sorry to hear about that. Sadly it's always a risk you piss off an even bigger psychopath than yourself. I do try to take a look in the mirror and size people up before doing any antagonizing. After living urban for many years I keep a can of bear spray in the door but that won't do much good against a glock on my six..

I've been looking at the bear spray for camping but have resisted due to the rare occurrence. But, that is a good idea for a bad situation.

OP, you need an aluminum head push pin. This will automatically downscale your fingertip forces in both the X and Y axes to the very low tolerance and feedback necessary from the plastic nozzles. If you find yourself trapped in an overcompensation loop, take a break so your fingertip nerves have a chance to recalibrate. If necessary, apply ice, but for no more than 30 seconds. You don't want to end up in the ER. Now, don't become dispirated because you've found yourself in this predicament. Succumb not, for now you can escalate effort with an ally: the Bosch self-leveling laser level. You do own a tripod, correct? And a welding helmet?

Healthy streams are normal. I'd leave it the way it is.

I dunno. Its always a roll of the dice with cheap stuff. Maybe it works, often it doesn't. OEM sensors retail for $90 per corner, and quality aftermarket typically retails at $60 each. And yet, there are sets of 4 "OEM" on ebay for 50 bucks total. (I'm betting that those are counterfeits.) It all really depends on how often you are willing to go to the shop to have them replaced.

^^ You bet your ass they are, but they look the part.
    I actually got 5 for $50, IIRC.
So far, so good.. We'll see. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Edit to note: These are for 5th gen4Runner Limited. Thus, the five sensors.
3rd gen Tacoma will not use this part #.

    Yeah.
Probably not. If the price seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Pacific is the OEM supplier like in the pic above, if you can find them.

Yeah. I was ATGATT for a very long time. My long gone sidecar started to dement me. Now, this Enduro has completely ruined me.

That is pretty funny though. Gotta admit I was wondering the first time that I caught washer fluid. I might have yelled once at the idiot flicking ashes from miles.

Squirting everywhere really is trendy now. You’ll either wonder what’s in the fluid or just enjoy yourself.

Yesssss, ash flickers are the worst. It always manages to suck into the little vacuum the helmet creates by my chin

Dammit man, that's either some exceptionally bad luck, or the most incredible set of aerodynamic coincidences, replicating themselves from one smoker's vehicle to the next.
Once in a lifetime, sure. But "always," that's almost like it's meant to be..

Been riding from 15 to 50, and never been ashed in the face.. :fingerscrossed:

It's legit just my helmet... I get all sorts of bugs sucked up in there and it's super noisy in the wind. It was gifted to me for free as a "temporary" helmet when I first started riding 3 years ago. Well... as many things in my life, it's become temporarily permanent :rofl:I'm looking to upgrade my Cardo from the Freecom 4x to the Palktalk units this winter. I really should just replace the helmet along with it as well.

The link below is the most similar current offering I could find. It's an older crappier version of the "cheaper" helmets from Harley. It's legit an awful helmet.

I am just throwing this out as it is a game changer for me (got one of the originals back in about 2010?), but some folks do not like the fit and the quality is more on the level of CycleGear helmets, which is not the worst thing. Could be better though.

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/195415189007

Rear view mirror is friggin' killer though. And, I have done long touring days with it on my noggin.

The company has not updated it in a long while. I really can't see myself getting something different unless Shoei, Arai, or some other high tier MFG creates something similar.
