@TnShooter the first freeze data showing the -40 im not sure my obdii scanner was registering properly (or maybe something really is F'd up).

right after that the live data shows 37c for IAT and then the 2nd attempt freeze data shows 40c

-40 on a temp sensor is an open so your either losing Sensor Ground, the Signal wire is open, or you have a flaky sensor/connection.

    It's possible.
    -40 is for an open.
I'd do the wire tug and wiggle test/

@TnShooter @Dm93 so I've tried to wiggle the wires around in multiple spots and the IAT(°C) didn't fluctuate anymore than 40-43. Never read negative. MAF (g/s) reading doesn't fluctuate anymore than 4.6x to 4.8x at idle with TP at 15.8% and RPMs around 888-1100

Maybe it's the MAF sensor going bad?
But I'm not 100% sure. So I can't say "replace it".

The thing is, it seems to read "normal" at idle.
But you also installed a larger throttle body.
Maybe @Dm93 can give his thoughts?
I honestly don't know, and haven't researched, what it takes to run a larger TB.

Are you running a Super Charger?
Why did you go to a Larger TB?

@TnShooter end goal was to throw a magnuson in and it would be the last thing. I've modified just about everything else. If the TB ends up being the issue I'll see if aFe would work with me, as much of a pain as I'm sure that'll be. If not, I guess I'll just put a stock one back in.

The MAF measure the air before it gets to the TB.
So I wouldn't think the TB would cause the iisue?
I mean, your MAF readings look "normal" and within spec at idle.

But you still have a High Idle at warm idle.
    Weird.

    Let's see what Dm93 thinks.

    Do one more thing.
    Engine off. Key ON.
    See what the MAF reads.

FSM says it needs to be .72 g/sc - ENGINE OFF.

I looked up the actual "on-vehicle inspection"

It's showing .56 g/s so that seems to be right.

One other thing. I'm not sure what the higher end cutoff is but while I was just out driving I saw it get to as high as 88 g/s

Something else I'm noticing [not sure it means anything] but when I initially turn the key to the on position there are no noises what so ever. The second I push the gas pedal at all there is this continuous high pitch whine that does not stop coming from the TB. Is that normal? The second i turn it off and back to ON the sound is gone, until I touch the pedal again.

I can’t say I have ever heard mine make that noise.
But……I can also say I don’t recall ever having the hood open, engine off and pressing the gas pedal to have heard it.
I try not touch the ignition switch when working on my truck. Especially if I don’t unhook the battery.

Srry been a crazy day, haven't had time to look at this.

That MAF reading seems low for that RPM, are you running the stock air intake? "edit" no I see from your video you are not, that likely explains it.

Should be up near 150-200 at WOT at 4500-5000 RPM
    https://otctools.com/ve

It's normal for a throttle body to make a high pitched hum because the motor is duty-cycle controlled but the one is really loud.
I also see your running aftermarket intake piping, that would explain the MAF reading being skewed. MAF sensors are calibrated to the stock intake airflow characteristics, anything that modifies the diameter of the MAF housing or how the air flows over the sensor will skew it's reading.

I say put it back to stock and see if your problems are resolved, if they are then your probably gona need to have a custom tune to make that setup work.

Hey @Dm93, I've actually had the afe intake for the longest time with no issues. I have it tuned with ovtune 87 which was done after the intake had already been changed. It started acting this way when I installed the TB so I think I'm going to reach out to afe and see what they say about it. I feel you might have been right from the beginning to swap it with the oe TB. I might also try changing the tune back to 91

    Another note I've gotten a new code - P2135
