    Hey all,

A couple weeks back I changed the coolant bypass on my 2012 Tacoma SR5 2.7l. Immediately after, upon startup, I had the TRAC OFF and CEL turn on with the truck in limp mode with the following codes:
    C1241
    P0121
    P0123
    P0412
    P1604
    P1605
    P2135
    P2433
    P2441
    P2445

I checked everything and found the #3 hose disconnected so I fixed that and started back up. CEL/TRAC OFF still on.

I didn’t have any codes prior to changing that bypass, I installed a new intake manifold gasket, a new throttle body gasket and a new #3 vent hose. I triple checked all my vacuum lines are where they should be and all my electrical connections are plugged back in.

I’m at a loss to where I went wrong and what to do next. It can’t be that the TPS, SAIS, etc all jumped off a cliff because of this, can it?

    Thanks in advance

Sounds like a wire might have gotten pinched?
Let me see if there is a common between the codes and get back to you.

    Ok.
Let's see if the 5v reference is good.
    Unplug the Throttle Body.

Check the blue wire on pin 5.
    Key ON, Engine OFF.
    It should be 5v.

    Tested it, it’s at 5v
I don’t know if it helps either but my trucks at 170k miles.

Have you cleared the codes and see what comes back?

Ok I tried that, now I only have these codes:
    P0123
    P2445
    P2441
    P2135
And the CEL+TRAC OFF is still on and the trucks still in limp home mode
