    Hey guys I want to come out to this, my school gets out on the 28th so I should be good. I was just wondering if I should really look into getting new tires before this. My truck is a 2WD PreRunner Double cab with the long bed and has the stock tires on it. How do you think it will do with these trails?

    well i use to go out there with street tires, all terrains and such make it better, but if you get stuck someone will be able to pull you out, and ill add you to the list

    2 1/2 inch body lift.
    I took my dads White '91 Toyota out there, and it has those little skinny tires(for now anyway) on it, and it faired pretty well, except in the sand. Other then that I think you'll be okay :)

    yes indeed it is.

    i can honestly say there will be quite a bit of sugar sand out there (if we dont get some serious rain). so yall prerunners take this advise: dont stop in it, keep the momentum. if you must stop, roll slowly to a stop instead of hitting the brakes. and try to keep you wheels pointed straight. steering only helps the front tires dig in. honestly, you can let go of your steering wheel and let the truck do its own thing and you will be just fine.

    on a different note, looks like the list has reached epic proportions here. it would be really nice if everyone shows up....
    i am more than likely camping now. at the hog island campground. it is first come first serve but i will have room at my site for a couple more people.......

    You can't always believe what toyota says about the color of their trucks. My little sisters tacoma said "cobalt blue" on the title but we always called it "barney purple" just to piss her off.lol
