@Pointeman how is Lindsay doing?

 

Appreciate you checking in. She is doing good. Has been following up with the doctors who are still shaking their heads. We are continuing to pray as there are some minor things that she is dealing with. Struggles with a few words that will come with time and she has noticed a few small cloudy spots in her field of vision. Doc says that those are minor and pretty normal for what she went through.

 

Great to hear!

Sometimes with all the bad news bombarding us every day we forget that really wonderful things can happen too.

 

I agree. We are counting our blessings every day

 

Tough times.... Have faith and best wishes to Lindsay and all who care for her.

Back at it, make the best of it

 

Good morning crew, heading back to the dungeon this morning. The cleanup crew worked all weekend.
The progress is coming along but we have a long way to go. We still don't have power yet because of how high the water got. It was over most breaker boxes. I did come across a video that shows some of the cleanup we have to do.

I mix brands and weights, whatever I have in the shop

@StayinStock Someone graciously left this jigsaw puzzle in the parking lot. I’ll box it up and send it to you for the prize wharehowse, COD of course

 

I put way too much thought into lubricant selection.

Normally I stick with the same grade & brand for my front line vehicles. I have mixed the same brand but different viscosity: equal amounts of 5-30 & 10-30 to make 7-30 for example.

I also have a gallon jug of what I call "utility oil" which every quart drains the drips into, that gets dumped into the questionable clunker mowers & such that I drag in.

Also like @six5crèéd said, (clean) something is better than nothing.
